Of the Farm: Kiwi Berry

What is a Kiwi Berry you may ask? It's an ancient fruit from Asia (fossils over 2.6 million years old have been found!), that is only recently being commercially grown in the US, and only in a few spots around the country. We're lucky enough to have Weaver's Orchard growing them prolifically, and boy are they a tasty addition to cider! We find that subtle but undeniable kiwi on the palate, with the balance of this dry, yet fruity cider.
