The legend of Bonnie and Clyde has been told many times since they actually committed their crimes all across Texas in the early 1930s. One piece of history is well known in Winnsboro, TX; the Train Depot and the Rock Gas Station were key, during their two year crime spree. Legend has it that Bonnie and Clyde last filled their Ford V-8 Deluxe with gas at the station before heading to Bienville Parish, Louisiana, where they were killed on May 23, 1934.This big, roasty, Imperial Stout is a commemoration to the history of Winnsboro's lore and rich history. Our stout has a pleasant malt flavor that eases into a rich caramel and toffee notes middle. This is an intense brew with big complex flavors and a warming bitter coffee finish with just a hint of dark chocolate.
