The Cuckoo's Song

In old English lore it is said that the Cuckoo Bird must eat 3 meals of cherries within the day before it will stop singing. People kept cherries handy so as not to go cuckoo listening to that song! We love cherries too, and just in case a Cuckoo comes around, we put more than 3 meals worth of Sweet Cherries in The Cuckoo’s Song, an easy Sour IPA hopped with Amarillo, Citra and Lemondrop and conditioned on a bit of vanilla. A blackberry nose is followed up with subtle notes of pineapple, Valencia orange, grapefruit zest and a sweet and sour cherry pie finish. Drink one down to help you from going Cuckoo!
