Into the wild Aotearoa bush we go for this herbaceous sour! Lightly salted and sweetly fragrant, this luscious beer was brewed with loads of wheat which creates a silky smooth flavour with a bright citrus tang. Dried manuka leaves infuse a woody, clean bitterness while the kawakawa leaves add a lively dash of pepper to this foraged banquet. Refreshing and delicious!
