Doing an all NZ hop week is the perfect time to brew with our good friends at Garage Project. We decided to mix it up with some NZ hops we usually don't brew with. We chose Southern Cross and Motueka in the whirlpool for their superior, hot-side tropical fruit and candied lemon-lime flavors and Rakau and Nelson in the dry hop – a favorite combo at Garage Project – for the tropical, white wine and sweet grapefruit aromatics and flavor
