Stormy Weather

Описание

Electricity is in the air each Fall as the harvest comes in and we test and taste fruit to see what is in store for our creative process. This sparkling cider blends the thunder of tannic bittersharp varieties with the lightning of sweet russets to create a perfect storm of flavor. It evokes the jagged complexity of pouring rain on concrete, singed air, and wet wool. Pair it with black bean soup, grilled sausages, or a mushroom tart. Or just curl up with your favorite blanket and a fantasy novel.
