A Czech Pils made with Bohemian malt and Grüngeist hops from Hop Head Farms in Michigan. The inviting notes of lemon zest, wafer cookies, and a hint of apricot is a nice complement to the malt and hop character and a long, rounded finish. Complex yet well-balanced and refreshing.
