Hazy IPA (Citra/Sabro/Motueka)

We've changed it up a little from our previous Hazy IPAs, Version 4.0 switches out the yeast we’ve typically used for something with slightly more character.A substantial whirlpool addition of Galaxy then double dry-hopped with a blend of Sabro, Citra & Motueka. This beer is soft and tropical, with hints of crushed citrus, coconut, mango and peach. As per usual, your milage my vary, but this is one we'll personally be talking about for a while.
