West Coast PilsnerIn collaboration with our talented friends south of the border in Seattle, Elysian Brewing, we embarked on the journey to create a beer together that represents where we live and what we’re proud of. Both brew teams have a fondness for brewing Pilsners, so it was an easy to decision to make a beer brewed like a Pilsner, but hopped like a West Coast IPA – the best of both worlds.With local hops used from both sides of the border, this brew is crisp and easy drinking, with aroma of orange, lime, peach rings and pine, and citrus and grapefruit to taste, while finishing with a balanced bitterness. Cheers to celebrating Canada Day & Independence Day together, Border Hoppin’ style.
