Say Less is a brand new West Coast IPA that’s been hopped generously with Mosaic Cryo, Amarillo, Simcoe, and Centennial. This one has strong aromas of sweet marmalade and sticky mango while the body certainly packs a citrus punch. Expect a bold and upfront grapefruit bitterness from all angles, with a pinch of pine resin lingering in the backend. There’s a beautiful symphony going on between the bitterness, fruity zest and a full but clean West Coast body. Say Less.
