Every once in a while we steal away a bit of our traditional Orchard Blend No. 1 cider and lock it up in a tank with a pile of our favorite Amarillo hops for a few weeks.The result is this lightly hopped semi-dry cider which delivers a nose full of citrus and tropical goodness without the palate blasting bitterness you’d find in a typical IPA.We think it pairs great with loud shirts, short shorts, and a healthy respect for the unconventional.
