Summer Bitters

Описание

British-Style Summer Bitter, served on Nitro. It features some New Zealand Cascade and Motueka in the whirlpool, which add some citrusy elements. The balance of flavors are provided by British malt - specifically Golden Promise, Marris Otter and Wheat Malt. We used our expressive London III strain for the fermentation. The beer is a pale yellow hue and an absolute summer time malty crusher.
