As Beijing transitions from autumn to the inevitable cold season, we’ve teamed up with our friends at Home Plate BBQ to brew a true winter warmer. This strong Porter features malt smoked in Home Plate’s own 500-gallon cast-iron offset smoker, using the same signature oak that imparts their BBQ’s famous flavour. Notes of chocolate and cigar box intertwine with smoky undertones, creating a complex, obsidian-black brew that will make you feel like a pitmaster with every sip.
