Our take on this international series took us quite some time because of a lengthy barrel conditioning process. We blended three different bourbon barrels filled with imperial stout to achieve a balanced barrel character and full body. We conditioned this blend on hundreds of pounds of house-roasted peanuts and Madagascar vanilla beans. The result is a luscious stout with notes of rich vanilla, dark chocolate peanut butter cups, and Nutella fluffernutters.
