Whilst brewing a West Coast IPA for the annual Malthouse West Coast IPA Challenge we prayed to the gods of the green and in a vision (which wasn’t hazy) they told us to use Waimea, Simcoe, Citra, and Mosaic to create the most delicious thing that could come from the city built on a swamp…. So here it is, lean, clean, bitter, and hoppy af… put it in your mouth hole and enjoy.
