The Big Dance

Описание

THE BIG DANCE Passionfruit Hibiscus Pale Ale is a one-two punch of passionfruit and hibiscus wrapped up in a 4.5% ABV hoppy pale ale.Brewed in collaboration with Town Brewery in Whitby, Ontario.Brewed with Amarillo, Strata, and Eclipse hops, this complex beer strikes a delicious balance between sweet & juicy and brightly acidic. We dosed this beauty with hibiscus flowers and passionfruit during the brewing process and it shows. It’s a stunning hazy pink with white head. We are getting notes of passionfruit, freshly squeezed grapefruit juice, red berries, tropical fruit with some floral and herbal character. The hibiscus and passionfruit contribute to a citric-like acidity that brightens the fruit character and keeps this one zippy and refreshing!
