'Mexico Sour: Pay de Limón' is a fruited gose with biscuit malt, vanilla beans, and puréed lemon & lime. Biscuit malt emulates the pastry base while the addition of lactose to the fruit & vanilla enhance its meringue-like qualities. The result is light, zesty and refreshing.Beer Lab for July 2025 is a series of fruited gose based on Mexican desserts. Inspired by the flavours of Mexico, and in collaboration with chef Mariana de la Garza, we've created a trio of sours using various fruits & spices.**Contains gluten & lactose**
