This New England style pale ale is probably the hoppiest beer we have ever made. There is plenty of tropical fruit aroma from the dry hopping process. Mosaic, Citra and Galaxy were added into the fermenter everyday through the fermentation and that helps give the beer a hazy appearance. In line with this style, hop bitterness is low with the emphasis on the flavours from late addition hops.
