Our brew is called Bohemian Pilsner not only because it is inspired from a classic that originated in Bohemia but also because in true bohemian fashion, we have strayed from the norm and instead of using Czech Saaz hops, have used American Cascade hops. Cascade hops were once so prevalent that they virtually defined the flavour of American craft beers. Classic meets modern classic!Bohemian Pilsner is crisp, malty with a well-rounded bitterness and a subtle hop aroma & flavour derived from the late addition of Cascade hops.Na zdraví – to your health, as they say in Czech Republic!
