DELTA DAWN

Описание

Delta Dawn is a brand-new DIPA straight out of our R&D program. Taking inspiration from the hop-saturated ales we tried in the US, we’ve mashed this monster with extra-pale malt and over 50% oat adjuncts, providing a thick and luscious base for the 35 g/L dry hop to rest upon. Soulfully hopped with freshly landed, hand-selected Freestyle & Eggers hops from this year’s NZ harvest— Peacharine, Nelson Sauvin, Nectaron, and world-favourite LiLy™—this is fresh hoppy ale at its finest, folks ✌️
