Fresh, whole cones of NZ Hops Bract Brewing Programme trial hop variety NZH-109 were urgently flown across the Cook Strait and put straight into the pilot brewhouse, after being picked at Mac Hops in Motueka.A crisp, clean pilsner malt body sets the platform for an abundance of freshly picked NZH-109 cones. Big notes of white grape, along with hints of juicy stone fruit. A moderate bitterness and mouth-coating hop oils in the finish.
