A collaborative brew, made with our friends at Woodland Jewel Mushrooms! This Mushroom Table Saison was brewed with Shiitake and Black Poplar mushrooms, cilantro, and a bunch of lime zest, then hopped with Columbus and Simcoe. It's earthy, yeasty, and brings the citrus with smooth lime, subtle sweetness, and a lingering bitterness - it's refreshing as can be!
