Whole Leaf Magic (Citra & Cascade)

For Whole Leaf Magic, we used our mash tun as a hopback and hopped the beer with Citra and Cascade. Through this method, we were able to pick up the unique aromas that come with whole cone hops that you don’t normally get in pellet form. This beer was then dry-hopped with whole leaf Citra and Cascade.
