Introducing the second beer to a two part series using CGX Fresh Hop from our friends at @crosbyhops Shimmering Rock West Coast IPA with Mosaic, Simcoe Dyna Boost, Cascade CGX Fresh Hop and Amarillo CGX Fresh Hop. We loved using these hops that are picked at their peak ripeness and frozen using Crosby’s cryogenic process to lock in the intense lupulin flavors and aromas.
