The Milky Wet Enigma

An annual follow up to the highly acclaimed "Milky Wet Galaxy IPA"; 10kgs of whole-cone freshly picked wet Australian Enigma hops went into the whirlpool on this bad boy. The beer was then heavily dry hopped with more Enigma and friends. This is how we do double IPA during hop harvest, brewed in collaboration with our mates at Carwyn Cellars.
