Simkölsch

Описание

Our Simkölsch is a traditional German style pale ale with a twist, lagered for several weeks as you would expect from a Kölsch. Delicate cereal pallet with gentle bitterness, rounded off with the big fruity American oomph provided by the massive amount of Simcoe hops thrown at it during the dry hopping stage. The first or our single-hop range, giving you the chance to experience the perfect flavour profile and aroma each hop provides.
