Single hop experiment American IPA featuring Pekko (ADHA-871) hops bred by the American Dwarf Hops Association. Pekko is named for the Finnish god of crops and has an interesting mix of mint, pear, citrus, and floral flavors and aroma. Super light bodied with no real perceived hop bitterness.
