Fresh passionfruit, peach and dried mango notes backed by earthy and grassy hop character.Hops:• The freshest possible Galaxy hops straight from harvestWet-hopped using fresh Galaxy hop flowers straight from the Bushy Park hop farm just outside of Hobart, Tasmania. These hops were taken from bine to brew in just 24 hours! After rushing to empty out the mash/lauter tun I then threw in the 20 kg of hop flowers (converting it into a make-shift hop back). The wort was then re-circulated (post kettle boil) through the flowers for a 5-10 min period before then being pumped through the heat exchanger and into fermenter.
