Regal Authority

Regal Authority is our interpretation of what a 16th century German wheat beer may have been like. Barrel aged for 4 months and naturally soured through the microflora living in the wood. The name Regal Authority comes from the fact that historically the ruling dynasty controlled production, only giving a privileged few the right to brew wheat beer (Weissbierregal). Lucky for us this is no longer the case!
