Kaleidoscope

Kaleidoscope was produced in collaboration with Justin from Wandering Mind Spirits. A mixed-culture saison was refermented with red haven plums and wildflower honey. After dry, the beer was matured in an oak Rye Whiskey barrel that previously held WMS's Hibiscus Liqueur.
