Roam with BRU-1, an Experimental Variety from Yakima. The tasting notes on this one center around pineapple and in that regard it certainly delivers. Along with that fresh, ripe pineapple chunk character there’s subtle floral and spice qualities that give the hop some real depth and complexity.
