Brewed with ale yeast and 5 different speciality malts; pale malt, carared, melanoidin, caramunich and what malt. Hallertauer, Hersbrucker, Pride of Ringwood and Citra (dry hopped) provide a balanced hop character to the big malty profile.Deep ruby hues and soft white foam are instantly appealing. A citrus and floral hop with a hint of resinous undertone, balances they rich toffee notes. The caramelized malt sweetness on the palate rounds out a firm bitterness ensuring a smooth lingering finish.
