Built on a classic American ipa and then steeped with Wheat, Oats and Big -O from gladfields to create that haze and soft mouth feel, then whirlpooled and dryhopped heavily with Mosaic, Amarillo and simcoe for big fruity burst. Fermented with Belgian Ale yeast at low temps should provide a low Belgian character and slight spice - perfect for the style
