This is a collaboration with Ellerslie Hop Australia to showcase their new Voss Kviek yeast and Trident Hop Blend. The malt bill of Coopers' pale and wheat keeps it simple and lets the hops shine. Trident is a new US proprietary hop blend featuring some of America's best new varieties. The Kveik yeast was fermented at 37 degrees over 72 hours (hot and quick).
