For this double dry hopped IPA we have teamed up with Hop Products Australia who provided us with the best locally grown hops available. We brewed a modern bright IPA and went all in with the dry hop additions - Vic Secret™, Eclipse® and the brand new liquid hop product, SPECTRUM.On the nose there are huge notes of pine, citrus peel and pineapple. The flavours follow with mandarin and passionfruit and finishes with a lovely firm bitterness.Malt: Pilsner, American Ale, Pale WheatHops: Vic Secret™, Eclipse®, Eclipse® SPECTRUMYeast: US-05
