A fun hoppy lagered pilsner brewed with NZ pilsner malt, fermented slow and cold with Swiss lager yeast to let the moderate hopping of NZ classic Motueka and Pacifica shine in a delivate fashion. Further cold conditioned for extra crisp hoppy finish. Notes of crisp cracker malt with a moderate citrus hoppy goodness.
