We took our hugely fruited original version of this beer and aged it for 12 months in French Oak Red Wine Barrels. It then spent a further 6 months cellar stored in bottle. What remains is an indulgent yet elegant full bodied beer with intense fruit character and flavour. Brewed, aged and bottled by hand at Staggeringly Good Brewery, UK.
