Barrel Aged Bake Club - Coconut Truffle Cake

We hand selected a Heaven Hill Rye barrel and blended it with a Buffalo Trace Bourbon barrel for a smooth and slightly spicy finish with rich notes of caramel, charred oak, and vanilla. We then blended flavors of fresh coconuts, Swiss chocolate, chocolate fudge, and chocolate truffles for a truly rich chocolate dessert with a refreshing coconut topping.
