This pale, hazy IPA features a hefty double dry-hop of Cryo Pop and Wai-ti, while also utilising a hop thiol-boosting technique known as mash-hopping. A dose of Saaz has been added to the mash and steeped along with the grain, to extract fruity thiol flavour compounds which are biotransformed by yeast during fermentation. The beer is fermented with the expressive Verdant yeast strain, which enhances hop thiol biotransformation. The result is a big, punchy fruit bomb with plenty of depth and complexity due to the variety of techniques and ingredients. Expect juicy expressions of peaches, mango, tropical candy and hints of coconut cream with plenty of body and low bitterness.
