Modern Art is our hopfenweizen, or dry-hopped weizen, or Weizen IPA. It's a matter of perspective.We have married a weizen beer with beautiful hops; Nelson Sauvin and Hallertau Blanc. Notes of fruit from the yeast and hops create a kaleidoscope of flavours.
