L.B. Kölsche

A traditional style of beer originating from Cologne, Germany. Brewed using a top-fermenting ale-style yeast at lower, lager-type fermentation temperatures. An ale-lager hybrid. A simple, pale, Pilsner and Vienna malt base forms the basis for the traditional Kölsch-style yeast to impart its signature delicate, fruity esters during the colder fermentation. Low in hops, this beer is all about simplicity, delicacy and drinkability.
