To celebrate the 3rd birthday of The Leopard pub in Norwich we've created a special, gluten-free, limited-edition imperial Brown IPA collaboration beer.To give a robust and full-bodied base, we used a melanoidin and protein rich grist, including malted barley, rye and wheat. For the hops we used Chinook, Simcoe and Centennial in the boil to give a bold bitterness and again in a heavy dry hop.
