Created for mo-chara.ie. Ár gCairde, the perfect summer beer, just in the nick of time, was made with a blend of Citra and Mosaic hops. Fermented with special Kveik Yeast strain, going through the fermentation process at a higher temperature to bring out fruitier notes.Expect a burst of Tropical, Mango, Pineapple &Passionfruit.
