The last expression of 2019. This Thorn was bottle conditioned 33 months from pressing. It is distinct, delightful, smiling in the joy of maturation. What is remarkable is how similar it is to the original: it retains a gorgeous honey-melon and elderflower aroma with huge juicy, yellow acidity that’s capped off by the most stellar of pear tannins. Yet it has undoubtedly journeyed further as it has matured and is now an exquisite drink.
