The Eternal

The Eternal is a mixed fermentation sour ale brewed early 2020 and tucked away on the eve of NZ’s first lockdown for a long, cool fermentation. At 18 months of age it was refermented for an extended period on yellow-fleshed plums from the family orchard. Expect intense stone fruit aroma and expression, sherbet, funky complexity, balanced juicy acidity, plum skin tannins.
