This Cold Rye IPA with Chinook & HBC586 hops is an experimental mashup of two of our brewer’s favorite IPA styles. The result is an ale that’s light-bodied & crisp like a lager, but hop-forward like a west coast IPA. Drier than traditional IPAs, with bright grapefruit & woody notes and a lingering clean bitterness and hint of spice from the use of rye malt.
