Bourbon barrel aged 11 PM is an Imperial Stout aged in Blanton’s Bourbon barrels for 35 months. A motherload of rocky road conditioned with toasted almonds, Comoros vanilla beans, cacao nibs, and marshmallow. 11 PM is the last post meridian installment to our Timekeepers project for the year before the clock strikes Midnight.
