Imperial stout aged 37 months in a blend of Booker's and Willett bourbon barrelsVanquish represents the most extended barrel aging we've undertaken to date. This double mash imperial stout started with an overnight boil before being laid to rest in freshly emptied Booker's and Willet bourbon barrels. After more than 3 years, the barrels were thoughtfully blended and left unadjuncted to showcase the beauty of beer, barrel and time.
