Barrel-aged Imperial StoutAged 22 months in barrels, this beer is a blend of 3 distinct bourbon/whiskey barrels. Heaven Hill Kentucky Straight Bourbon, Willet Bourbon, and Heaven Hill Malt Whiskey. With all of our BBA imperial stouts we hand select each blend to find a complimentary and expressive set of barrels that create a unique flavour experience. This beer is intentionally carbonated very low (almost still). We encourage drinking the beer around 13-15 degC, aka cellar temp for best flavour and aroma expression.Notes of:Hot Cocoa Powder / English Toffee / Chocolate Covered Raisins
