Lemon Weizen

The Lemon Weizen is top fermented with a golden color and a high level of carbonation. Our brew master uses 60% Wheat and 40% barley malt to create this beer. Dry hopping with domestic Citra Hops from Washington State gives the beer characteristics of lemon and grapefruit.
